  • Our standard shipping times for orders within the Continental United States are between 2 to 5 business days.
  • Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery times may vary slightly.
  • We do not offer expedited or express shipping options at this time.
  • We strive to keep you informed of any delays as soon as we are aware of them.

- Shipping Costs

  • The cost of shipping is included in the price of our products. There are no additional shipping fees for deliveries.

- International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer direct international shipping through our website.

Return Policy:

  • Products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and without damages, and must be in resalable condition.
  • Damaged products will be subjected to a 15% reprocessing fee. Or if damages are excessive - higher reprocessing fees may be issued. 
  • Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

How to initiate a return:

  • We request that if you purchased our products through Amazon, Ebay, or Etsy that you submit your request for refund through those seller profiles. 
  • To initiate a website order return, please request a refund through your F&F Steel account. Or email us at fandfsteeldesigns@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
  • Please note that returned items must be received by us within 30 days of the purchase date.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same process as outlined above.
  • We will ship the exchanged like-kind item(s) to you at no additional cost, but please note that shipping charges for the returned item(s) are the responsibility of the customer.
