Return Policy:
- Products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and without damages, and must be in resalable condition.
- Damaged products will be subjected to a 15% reprocessing fee. Or if damages are excessive - higher reprocessing fees may be issued.
- Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
How to initiate a return:
- We request that if you purchased our products through Amazon, Ebay, or Etsy that you submit your request for refund through those seller profiles.
- To initiate a website order return, please request a refund through your F&F Steel account. Or email us at fandfsteeldesigns@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
- Please note that returned items must be received by us within 30 days of the purchase date.
Refunds:

Exchanges:
