Return Policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return requests must be initiated within this timeframe.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and undamaged

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by an order number or proof of purchase

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Items that are used, installed, modified, or damaged may be denied a refund or may receive a partial refund at our discretion.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Shipping Costs & Returns

  • Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
    If your order qualified for free shipping, the outbound shipping cost originally covered by us will be deducted from your refund.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable and will apply to exchanges.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Personalized items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us prior to initiating a return.


Refunds

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs on returns and exchanges

  • Shipping charges from the original purchase are not refundable

  • Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card provider.
