Important Weight Clarification
The weight listed refers to the total vest weight when worn, not the individual plate weight.
Each order includes two plates that combine with the vest to equal the listed weight.
Example:
• 20 lb Vest Plates → two plates that bring the vest to 20 lb total when worn
• 30 lb Vest Plates → two plates that bring the vest to 30 lb total
• 40 lb Vest Plates → two plates that bring the vest to 40 lb total
Simply choose the total weight you want your vest to be during training.
